During my career I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back at work and in life.
I am here to help individuals and teams focus on their goals, purpose and values, and find ways to overcome their challenges, with wellbeing, balance, flexibility and adaptability at the forefront of the work.
Relationships is at the heart of what I do - building a connection and an understanding of what's important to you. Everything I do is tailored towards the goals of the individual or team that I'm working with in mind.
I'm accredited with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, am a Mental Health First Aider, Mental Fitness Coach and Resilience Coach.
In my spare time I take time for yoga, friends, family, cycling, walking and cooking. I'm also a keen photographer and love nothing better than spending time in nature.
I take my own learning and development very seriously, so I can best serve my clients.
I have regular coaching supervision, and continue to develop in the areas of mental health, wellbeing, mindfulness and resilience, so you can be sure you're in safe hands.
