Coaching for Performance

Coaching
My approach
Coaching is a process that allows you to reflect and gain awareness of who you are, what is important to you, your strengths, challenges, options open to you and what action to take in order to make the changes you want in your work or life.
My coaching approach focuses on helping you to take responsibility for identifying your own goals, assessing your own strengths and areas for development and identifying your own solutions for moving forwards.
I do this by providing a safe, creative and non-judgemental space, asking thought-provoking questions and listening to help you explore, reflect and make decisions.
I've helped individuals to make changes in their life, business or career, enhance relationships with others and develop specific skills.
I've worked with teams to help them build trust, increase clarity on their purpose and improve their performance.
My specific areas of interest and expertise are in resilience, wellbeing and mental fitness. I'm an accredited practitioner with the Resilience Engine and Cognomie.
I'm a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and an EMCC Accredited Coach at Practitioner Level.
