Workshops are available for leaders and teams on a variety of topics, including:

Sessions can be delivered as 60 minute energisers, or half-day to full-day practical sessions, depending on the depth of the topic required.
All can be facilitated virtually or face-to-face, in line with current guidelines.

All individuals and teams are unique, so I'll always take the time to understand your needs before recommending a solution. This may be a one-off session on a specific topic, or you might need series of sessions as part of a longer programme.

Emotional Intelligence Bitesize
Leaders, managers and teams
A 90-minute facilitated session introducing people to Emotional Intelligence, what it means to them, and how to gain a better self-awareness of their own emotions and those of others.
Leadership Team Development
Senior Leadership Team
A programme of development for a new leadership team over a period of 8 months. Focusing on building trust, understanding self and others, dealing with conflict, and enhancing communication. The team explored their values, their purpose as individuals and as a team, and their ways of working.
Cohorts of 12 people
90 minutes, once a week for 4 weeks, to focus on:
Included train-the-trainer upskilling to enable the team to scale the programme.
Communication and Conflict using SDI
A one-day facilitated session for a team to explore the challenges the team faced with regard to communicating effectively and dealing with conflict. A mixture of input into the SDI model, and practical team coaching to enable the team to focus on effective behaviours and collaborative problem solving.
A 2-hour introduction to resilience and how individuals respond to change. Looking at a model of resilience and practical steps to enhance wellbeing during times of change.
