People and their wellbeing is at the heart of what I do, enabling individuals to build on their unique strengths, improve performance, enhance relationships and develop skills to enrich their lives.

With over 20 years’ experience in leadership development, I’ll work with you to understand your needs first, and then find the solution that’s right for you and your teams.

Coaching for Individuals and Teams

I provide coaching to individuals and teams to enable them to build on their strengths, enhance their resilience, and reach their potential.

I work with individuals who wish to focus on a key aspect of their life, such as purpose, confidence, presenting, career change, relationships or communication.

I work with new and established teams to enable them to build and maintain their performance, looking at effective ways of working together to achieve their outcomes.

I'm a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and an EMCC Accredited Coach at Practitioner Level.

Leadership Development Sessions

Workshops are available for leaders and teams on a variety of topics, including:

  • Dealing with change

  • Wellbeing

  • Developing resilience

  • Communication and conflict

  • Emotional intelligence

  • Virtual working

  • Coaching

  • Influencing

Sessions can be delivered as 60 minute energisers, or half-day to full-day practical sessions, depending on the depth of the topic required.

All can be facilitated virtually or face-to-face.

Assessment Tools for Self-Discovery

I am qualified to offer assessment and feedback in a number of psychometric instruments, including:

  • Hogan

  • MBTI

  • Strengths Deployment Inventory

  • OPQ

  • EQi and EQi 360

I will help you select the tool that is best suited to your needs, whether this is being used for recruitment and selection, or for development purposes.

Assessment and feedback can also be provided as part of a programme of development, for individuals and teams.
